My client is a leading Aerospace Manufacturing organisation and are looking for individuals who have experience managing a variety of absence, performance and conduct cases. Human Resources Specialist 12-month Fixed Term Contract Very Competitive Salary on Offer Monday to Thursday, 8:00am ndash; 4:30pm, Friday, 8:00am ndash; 3:30pm Coventry Human Resources Specialist Job Description Provide excellent first line HR advice, coaching support and constructive feedback on a wide range of operational HR issues to customers, including but not limited to recruitment, on-boarding, organisation and employment changes, issues at work, development and exits/terminations Provide first line case management support including family friendly requests, flexible working, absence management, occupational health, grievances, disciplinary and investigations. Provide support to cyclical HR programmes and one off HR projects as required ndash; talent management cycle, annual pay/bonus reviews, employment engagement initiatives, restructures etc. Create relevant documentation and undertake administration where required to support the HR admin team, including on-boarding, systems updates, documentation, e-filing, payroll, Time and Attendance, clearances, benefits etc. Human Resources Specialist Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Must have experience in first level disciplinary, grievance, and investigation meetings, inclusive of coaching managers on applicable process, policy and regulatory considerations Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. It is likely you will be asked to help us with data and reporting requests, so Excel skills would be desirable. Relevant degree or CIPD Level 5 qualified, or looking to gain full CIPD qualifications.
