Service co ordinator

Our client based near Boroughbridge is recruiting for a Service- Coordinator to join their well established team. They work from newly refurbished offices which makes it a lovely working environment. The working week is Monday - Friday, and the hours are from 8.30am - 5pm. This is an office based role with no hybrid working. The core part of the position is to accurately process contracts, organise and manage engineers diaries who attend all service and call out requirements. Following this you would invoice their clients following the completion of work. Other responsibilities: * Processing services and using the internal CRM system * Accurately managing diaries and ensure all customers are communicated with efficiently *Respond to tight deadlines to ensure that customers demands are met *Process purchase orders so they are paid in a timely manner *Manage stock accurately *Support the Warehouse Manager to achieve all work required is completed Desirable skills: * Experience in multitasking and able to prioritise workload effectively * Excellent communication levels as you will be dealing with people at all levels * Working autonomously as well as in a team If you are interested please send your CV to Helen or call the offices on (phone number removed)
