Workshop Supervisor Up to GBP40,000 Optional, paid overtime available Permanent role Mid Kent Monday to Thursday 8am - 4.45pm and Friday 8am - 12pm 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) Discretionary annual bonus Start data ASAP We are working in partnership with a marketing-leading manufacturing company in the mid-Kent area who are looking for an experienced, hands-on Workshop Supervisor. You will have previous experience working within a metal fabrication / manufacturing experience as you will be leading a team of around 25 people. You will need to have previous line management experience and be confident supporting any training needs; delivering yearly reviews; absence management and handling any disciplinaries.
