This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in a state-of-the-art private clinic setting. About the Band 5 Registered Nurse Role: * Provide high-quality nursing care to patients within the consulting rooms, intervention suite, and minor procedure suite. * Assist with patient tests and minor procedures. * Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. * Ensure adherence to policies, regulatory standards, and evidence-based practice. * Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, consultants, and colleagues. * Maintain accurate and timely documentation. * Deliver an excellent patient experience. Skills and Experience Required for this Band 5 Registered Nurse role: * Current NMC registration. * Proven experience as a Registered Nurse. * Experience in the independent sector/private patient care. * Experience with outpatient operations. * Excellent clinical skills and knowledge. * Proficient in administering medications and treatments as prescribed. * Competent in managing and monitoring patients undergoing outpatient procedures. * Sound understanding of infection control practices. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * The ability to work independently and as part of a team. * A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. * Experience in a private healthcare setting (desirable).
