Customer Service Advisor Job Role: * Responsible for offering a consistent and outstanding level of customer service * Building rapport and trust with customers by engaging with them, and actively anticipating and subsequently meeting their needs * Assist in the development of programming through innovative ideas and initiating actions to meet the demands of the customers * Developing and utilising product knowledge, eager to understand product range * A flexible and adaptable approach, you rsquo;ll enjoy a varied workday in a fast-paced operational environment where you rsquo;ll manage multiple tasks, deadlines and targets whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy * Responsible for responding to Google reviews * Dealing with customer online enquiries including emails and website * Assisting and supporting customer with compliance issues * A good level of computer literacy in MS Office packages.
