Warehouse operative

The Company * MTrec are currently recruiting for a specialist firm based in the Stanley area. These roles are for long term and will be offered a permanent position after a completion of a successful trial period. The Role * Attend pre shift team meetings, discuss workload and targets for the day ahead * Report any issues which may occur during shift back to team leaders * Working in a busy, fast paced warehouse environment * Quality checking and inspecting all products, checking for any issues and faults * Meet companies rsquo; high standard and deadlines * Picking, preparing and quality assurance of items for orders and dispatch * Labelling and assisting couriers and customers collecting from the warehouse * Assisting with receiving goods in and checking for quality and quantity * Perform manual handling and heavy lifting duties throughout the day * Able to work as part of a team and/or individually to meet company high standard * General housekeeping duties, ensure workspace is kept clean and safe at all times The Person * Excellent attitude and attendance required in order to gain a permanent contract The Benefits * Nice company who has a history of progressing candidates from temporary to permanent The Pay * GBP11.44 per hour The Hours * 07:45am ndash; 17:00pm
