If the answer is YES, then we may just have the perfect role for you within a school in Carmarthen - SA31 What will the role involve? Provide one-on-one support to pupils with behavioural challenges. Going into the community with pupils to promote independent living and life skills. Getting involved in physical and practical activities. Assist in the development and implementation of individualised behaviour plans. Encourage and motivate students to reach their academic and behavioural goals. The ideal candidate will: Hold a valid driving licence with access to own vehicle. Not be phased bY behavioural difficulties. Have a keen interest in physical activities. Experience of supporting children or young adults with challenging behaviour. Excellent knowledge of Autism. Be registered (or willing to register) with the Education Workforce Council (EWC). Be registered (or willing to register) with the DBS and DBS Update Service.
