Overview An exciting opportunity has become available for an ambitious, enthusiastic, and hard-working individual looking to take the next step in their career as a Project Manager within the construction development sector. Client Part of a larger Property Developer, our client are a versatile and dedicated Construction and Development firm. Based in the East Midlands and operating where required, offering a layered, practical, and professional aid to the construction and property development industry. Role * Working in conjunction with the site team, ensuring accurate construction whilst maintaining quality and progress. * Responsible for providing sound advice, guidance, and support to the project team throughout pre-construction and construction phases. * Produce and manage programme of works. * Monitor all site health and safety procedures and compliance by all site personnel. * Liaise with supply chain team to ensure compliance and effective site set up. * Monitor program of works and identify shortfalls and solutions. * Compiling full tender packs, including invitation to tender, specification, bill of quantities/schedule of works and drawings. * Liaising via email, phone face to face meetings with our professional team, those such as Architects Structural Engineers. Person * Background in Construction/Development within the commercial sector. * Ability to work on own on initiative * Proficient with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel). * The ability to effectively and confidently liaise with internal staff and external clients in a professional, courteous and enthusiastic manner. * Excellent communication skills. * UK Driver rsquo;s license essential.
