Vehicle Technician Location: Wimborne Salary: Up to GBP40,000 (DOE) Hours: Monday to Friday 08.00am - 17.00pm and Sat 08.00 - 12.00 on a rota basis paid as additional hours. Our client is a well established Automotive Repair Garage with over 50 years #39; experience in selling and servicing vehicles, who pride themselves on being experts within the industry, are looking for a Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic / Service Technician in their site in Wimborne. Duties of the role of the Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic / Service Technician: A high standard of vehicle servicing, repairs, and exceptional quality of workmanship. Repair and service of all vehicles to meet or exceed the Company #39;s and manufacturer #39;s requirements in terms of both quality and efficiency. Ensure all necessary paperwork relating to Warranty, repair and service is accurate, detailed and meets with the Company #39;s and manufacturer #39;s requirements. Provide outstanding service to customers and the dealership at all times. Needed for the role of the Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic / Service Technician: Level 3 Certification in Automotive Vehicle Servicing Repair Experience of working for an automotive retailer Skills to include restoration, mechanical, including knowledge engines, gearbox, reassembly Inspecting vehicles to find faults Using computer software to diagnose defects in the vehicle Selecting appropriate parts for vehicle repairs Fitting new parts and repairing damaged or worn out parts Road testing vehicles before and after repairs High level of attention to detail Ability to work as part of a team Good level of communication Please contact Michael Godden at Tru Talent on (phone number removed) or (phone number removed), using reference (Vehicle Technician ndash; Wimborne) or if you can lsquo;Apply Now
