Energy Consultant - London Ref:BM224 This is an exciting opportunity to join an independent multidisciplined engineering consultancy who operate on a nationwide basis with offices in London. My client is looking for an Energy Consultant to join a dynamic team of sustainability and energy experts to work on a range of projects across the UK. Role responsibilities include: Carry out energy assessments on a range of commercial projects to ensure they are complying with UK building regulations Make sure designs are inline with UK legislations, CIBSE guides, best practice and are environmentally sensitive Carryout site visits and produce site reports from findings and evaluate post occupancy performances Produce EPC #39;s and Part L reports, as well as working alongside structural engineers, builders, and architectsThe ideal candidate will have: Degree within a Sustainability, engineering or building services discipline Experience within a Sustainability engineering or consultancy role Have at least a level 4 NDEA accreditation with previous experience generating EPCs for residential and commercial properties Proficient with IES-VE software and a strong passion for sustainability and the built environment Excellent communication and analytical skillsBenefits of the role include: Competitive salary that can vary dependant on experience Hybrid working Generous holiday allowance Pension scheme Opportunities for career progression and developmentIf This role interests you or if you are interested in searching for other roles relating to sustainability please feel free to contact Ben Moore on (phone number removed) or email (url removed).
