An energetic Branch Manager is required to manage the Glasgow office. You must be enthusiastic, proactive, a team player with management and P L experience. Responsibilities middot; Assume responsibility for the branch P L, ensuring profitable sustainable growth. middot; Take overall responsibility for the day to day running of the Branch by providing support to the sales and workshop teams and ensuring that the branch runs smoothly and efficiently. middot; Work closely with all teams to ensure customers rsquo; requirements are met and delivered on time. middot; Attending customer sites and regularly interacting with and building relationships with customers middot; Attend bi-annual Branch Managers meetings, held across all company branches. middot; Support the administrative task within the sales office ensuring that documentation produced is accurate and in line with company procedures. This line of support will involve supervising your internal sales team or raising actions with senior management middot; Promptly action customer enquiries and leads. Direct and coordinate new and potential enquiries to appropriate Technical and Sales support staff. middot; Advise and discuss with purchasing future inventory requirements or changes based on new and potential business as and when they occur. middot; Ensure adequate staff levels to cover absences and peak workloads middot; Ensure all personnel matters are resolved in accordance with the company rsquo;s guidelines middot; Carry out performance appraisals with all team members on an ongoing basis, sustaining a culture of development and personal growth. middot; Support other the other branches as and when required with their goals.
