THE ROLE Reporting to the Group Head of Division, and with full P L accountability, responsibility is for the inspirational leadership and performance of the business, setting strategic direction and delivering the company rsquo;s commercial, operational and financial growth objectives. You will lead the team from the front in driving the highest levels of performance, enabling a culture of excellence across all disciplines. Standards are high, so your challenge will be to take this already excellent company to greater levels of success, utilising your motivational leadership and vision, industry experience and expertise, commercial and operational awareness and a focus on enhancing revenue and margin opportunities at all times. People development, key customer engagement, asset purchase, disposal and optimisation, cost management and continuous business improvement will also be high on your agenda.
