Junior recruitment consultant

As a junior recruitment consultant within an engineering and technical sector you will be given the responsibility and opportunity to develop your own clients from the company rsquo;s database building relationships and achieving company goals. You will be given the opportunity to quickly progress to a senior level and help the company continue its success and growth. Previous recruitment or sales experience is not essential as we will provide one to one training and you will receive all of the tools necessary to be successful within the company and achieve your goals, as well as becoming an expert within the area which you will be recruiting. The Role bull; Relationship building and communicating with both clients and candidates bull; Working from in house company database and developing accounts bull; Advertising and marketing job vacancies bull; Resourcing headhunting for candidates who meet your clients rsquo; needs bull; Negotiating fees bull; Managing job offers bull; Closing deals Salary / Benefits bull; Basic GBP23,000 to 25,000 PA. bull; Uncapped commission structure ndash; OTE of GBP35k - GBP45k in your first year bull; Pension contribution bull; Opportunity for some remote working once training has been completed.
