This role will involve * Carrying out electrical, mechanical, plumbing Fabric PPM rsquo;s. * Carrying out electrical, mechanical, plumbing Fabric reactive works * Client facing, ensuring the client is aware of the situation regarding any outstanding works * Ensuring all PPM rsquo;s and reactive works are completed on time and updated real time on their PDA If you are a highly skilled individual, with leading class customer service and a positive ldquo;can do rdquo; attitude we want to hear from you. You will be Electrically qualified with a minimum of 3 years rsquo; experience in related roles. It is also essential that you have a full driving licence.
