Trainee sales account manager

Job Title: Trainee Sales / Account Manager Location: Belfast ndash; BT3- Dargan / Duncrue Salary and Benefits: Base Salary- GBP21 - GBP23K with excellent On Target Earnings and potential for career progression. Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.45am-5pm The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a successful IT Office Solutions company who are looking for a Trainee Sales / Account Manager. As Trainee Account Manager you will have the opportunity to join the growing sales team, collaborating across the established team where you rsquo;ll play a pivotal role to expand the business base while growing and developing your skills and experience. The Right role: bull; Get hands-on with processing orders, preparing quotations, contracts, and agreements, supporting both Account Management and Finance teams. bull; Data entry and cleansing using the CRM system with precision and accuracy. bull; Achieve sales and promotional targets as agreed. bull; Take charge of email campaigns to nurture leads and customers, monitoring their success and adjusting as needed. bull; Responsible for new sales leads and business development opportunities bull; Keep an eye on budgets and KPIs, ensuring you rsquo;re hitting our targets and making the most of every opportunity. bull; Comply with all in house policies and procedures. bull; Be a champion of customer feedback, gathering insights of customer rsquo;s experience bull; Demonstrate flexibility to cover colleague rsquo;s leave. bull; Comply with all in house quality procedure relating to customer returns/credits/sales enquiry forms and customer complaints. bull; Attend weekly/monthly sales meetings with area overview/updates. bull; Plan and identify new business marketing strategy within the business base monthly. bull; Brief all team members daily with area updates. bull; Complete and obtain competitor analysis on a regular basis. bull; Manage budgets and KPIs across the role including metrics for all activities. bull; Develop relationships with key stake holders, both internal and external. The Right Fit: bull; 1 year + experience within a B2B sales role bull; Must be dynamic, capable, hardworking, confident with the ability to work as part of a team whist managing own workload
