Experience: * Proven experience managing IT infrastructure in a pharmaceutical or regulated industry. * Lead the planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects, including network upgrades, server deployments, cloud migrations, upgrades to IT platforms, and disaster recovery plans. * Lead the design and planning of a high-availability environment. * Strong all-round technical expertise in networking, compute, security, cloud, and infrastructure technologies. * Tech stack: Azure, Azure AD, Office 365, VMware, Windows Server, Linux, Fortinet, FortiGate, Zscaler. * Manage a team of infrastructure professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. * Develop and maintain infrastructure policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. * Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance their infrastructure and drive operational efficiency. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop strategic plans for infrastructure development and support. * Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. * Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving infrastructure issues.
