Managing quantity surveyor

Position Sought: Managing QS Project: Railway Framework Company: Tier 1 Location: London Contract: Freelance My client who is a repeatable tier 1 contract within the UK and international market, is looking for a competent Managing QS to help manage the commercial aspects of two multi-million pound railway frameworks. The successful candidate will be responsible for closing out a multi-million pound station upgrade whilst also working on the ECI of two new projects which consist of a station upgrade and a bridge replacement. The role will be a 6-12 month contract with the opportunity for further extension or potentially a permanent position. Have previously or currently been in a Senior or Managing QS role. Experience working with NEC forms of contract. Experience working on railway or infrastructure projects.
