Job Opportunity: PE Teacher Location: Chesham, Buckinghamshire Salary: GBP150 - GBP250 per day (pay to scale) Day Start Date: September 2024 Contract Type: Full time - July 2025 with a view to go permanent form September 2025 Are you passionate about shaping the next generation of athletes and fostering a love for physical education? If so, this is an incredible opportunity for you to join a dynamic team as a PE Teacher at an outstanding secondary school based in Chesham, Buckinghamshire. PE Teacher Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons, inspiring a love for fitness and sportsmanship. Develop and implement creative and effective lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles. Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages active participation. Organize and oversee extracurricular sporting activities and events, promoting teamwork and leadership skills. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to drive improvement. Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall development of the PE curriculum. PE Teacher Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant PE teaching experience. Strong knowledge of the national curriculum for PE at secondary level. Passion for promoting physical fitness, health, and wellbeing among students. Ability to create engaging and innovative learning experiences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
