The Role: As a Registered Care Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operational management of two sites, ensuring a supportive environment tailored to residents with Autism. Responsibilities: Develop dynamic support plans for residents. Lead, motivate, and manage staff effectively. Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and Health and Safety standards. Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and professionals. Requirements: Previously worked for at least 3 years as a Registered Care Manager or in a similar role. Proven track record in managing residential care homes. Possess multi-site management experience. Knowledge of social care and accommodation services. Possess relevant qualification in health or social care management. Registered with CQC. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong literacy, numeracy, and report writing abilities.
