Portfolio Assistant ndash; Micro Loans Cardiff, Llanelli or Wrexham GBPCompetitive Salary We have an opportunity for a Portfolio Assistant (Micro Loans) to join our team to manage a portfolio of Micro Loan investments. Through proactive monitoring of portfolio loan investments, you will seek to minimise the risk of financial loss and maximise the profit from the Group rsquo;s investments. You #39;ll liaise with customers daily, identifying any potential risks or signs of financial difficulty and taking the appropriate action. With a detailed approach when reviewing data, you will carry out high level financial analysis to make commercial decisions via sanction reports and refer opportunities to other members of the team. As a confident communicator, you will feel at ease liaising with external providers to arrange support for customers and colleagues across the Group to manage legal / security aspects of the portfolio. As a finance professional, you will be accustomed to adhering to all necessary regulatory requirements to ensure that we deliver good outcomes for customers. We rsquo;re looking for an individual who can assess and construct balanced investment proposals and can demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. You rsquo;ll be self-motivated and will thrive working under pressure to meet targets and will feel comfortable managing with time critical client sensitive work
