Required Skills of a Talent Acquisition Manager: * Proven internal recruitment experience in the tech sector. * 3+ years in a recruitment role. * Demonstrated success in owning and building a recruitment framework in a standalone capacity. * A creative thinker, leveraging innovative tools and methods in Talent Acquisition. * Self-starter with boundless energy and enthusiasm.
