Job Title: Teaching Assistant (Early Years Support) Company: Tradewind Recruitment Location: Ashton in Makerfield, Wigan WN4 Hours: Full-time, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm Job Description: Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team for a full-time Early Years support role in a mainstream primary school located in Ashton in Makerfield, Wigan (WN4). The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children aged 2-5 years old and be passionate about supporting their educational development. Key Responsibilities: Providing support and assistance to the Early Years team in delivering high-quality educational activities. Assisting with the implementation of individualised learning plans for students. Supporting children with their personal care needs as required. Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Engaging children in educational and recreational activities to promote their social and cognitive development.Requirements: Previous experience working with children aged 2-5 years old is essential. Relevant qualifications in childcare or education are preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
