Team Leader - Ardwick, Manchester - GBP14.12 per hour Typical Shifts are: 7:30am-3:00pm and 2:30pm-10:00pm 1 office day per week - (9:30am-5:00pm ndash; Office/Admin days). We rsquo;re currently searching for a fantastic Team Leader to join us in leading our rehabilitation service / ABI (Acquired Brain Injury) service in Ardwick. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people! As a Team Leader with us you #39;ll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst assisting the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service. You could be allocating shifts, booking in training, inducting new colleagues, conducting supervision rsquo;s and appraisals, developing and updating care plans, ordering medication, ensuring the people we support are supported to manage their finances and day-to-day management of the service in the absence of the manager. You rsquo;ll never lose sight of why you choose to do this, as our Team Leaders are still at the heart of providing day-to-day support. This is why at this service our Team Leader should have previous experience in a similar role and a Level 3 in Health Social Care as well as experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex individuals with mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds and challenging behaviours.
