As Supervisor you will need to have excellent communication skills, an exceptional eye for detail and a drive and enthusiasm to lead the team in delivering outstanding customer service. The person hellip; Assist the Bars Manager supervising the team across the cocktail and banqueting bar Close shifts and cash up the tills. Assist with team training development.
