Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to lead a small cluster of residential homes in the St. Helens area. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential homes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Provide leadership and support to care professionals, promoting a nurturing and therapeutic environment for residents. Collaborate with senior management and external stakeholders to enhance the quality of care and support services. Minimum of two years #39; recent experience in residential child care, with at least one year in a supervisory role. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in IT and a valid UK driver #39;s license.Desirable Qualities: Qualification or working towards Care Services Leadership and Management.
