Project assistant housing

RSR are currently recruiting on behalf of our Housing client for based in South West London for a Project Assistant. The purpose of this role is to assist in the provision of a housing and support service for the organisation rsquo;s vulnerable clients. This is a full time, temporary role working on a rota basis (early and late shifts, no night shifts), offering a pay rate of GBP14.34 per hour. Main Duties: * Act as an initial point of reference on the phone, or in a reception area as required. * Assist clients in achieving their personalised support outcomes. * Carry out day to day office administrative functions to ensure that all records and files are maintained and held securely and that the confidentiality of information is upheld. * Have an awareness of the clients support needs, working, under direction, supporting clients to help them achieve their agreed outcomes. * Using IT systems appropriately including adding updates to the Support Database. * Recognises signs of distress in clients and identifies ways to reduce this. * Work in line with, monitor and report any discrepancies in health and safety standards within schemes. Essential Requirements: * Experience of working with vulnerable client groups. * Experience of housing management and/or social care environment. * Enhanced DBS on the update service required.
