Job Title: Private Client Solicitor Associate/Partner Location: Lewes, East Sussex Salary: circa GBP70,000 per annum About the firm: Join a prestigious Legal 500 recongsied firm with multiple offices in London and The South East Coast as a Private Client Solicitor at the Partner level. We are seeking an experienced and proficient fee earner to become an integral part of the dedicated team. Key Responsibilities: * Estate planning, including the preparation of Wills and providing advice on lifetime giving. * Probate and Estate administration, including advising on Deeds of Variation. * Preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney. * Providing advice on the creation, administration, and termination of trusts. Qualifications and Experience: * Minimum of 5 years #39; Post Qualification Experience (PQE) in Private Client law. * STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) qualification is essential. * Ideally, have experience and knowledge of the taxation of trusts. * Experience in managing or supervising junior members of the team is highly desirable.
