Interpret customer requirements and provide effective solutions, generating B2B sales orders. Work as part of a business-to-business sales team to build new business relationships. Prospect for potential new business, contacting leads and lapsed accounts. Achieve targets and KPIs while delivering top-notch customer service. Enhance technical product knowledge to provide expert advice and support to customers. Support external Business Development Managers to broaden the customer base. Contribute to monthly sales reports to evaluate area performance and identify growth opportunities.What You #39;ll Need: A proven track record in account management, cross-selling, and up-selling. Strong ability to generate new business through outbound calls. Excellent communication and customer care skills. Experience in business-to-business customer service. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Proficiency in MS Office.
