As a result, we have a number of exciting new roles which have become available. We have an exciting position available for a Roofer (Multi Skilled) to join us! You rsquo;ll carry out work with a focus on delivering excellent customer service, along with the an ethos of ldquo;Right First Time rdquo; always completing a repair where practicable in one visit, ensuring high quality and high standards of performance. You will carry out the operational duties of an all-round multi-skilled Roofer, including associated works, across the full range of repairs services on all One Manchester`s owned and managed properties. You rsquo;ll be dealing with customers face-to-face, so you rsquo;ll need to have a great level of customer service and a positive and proactive approach to your work. You rsquo;ll need to be self-sufficient and able to work independently. What we rsquo;re looking for: * To have served and completed a recognised trade apprenticeship or appropriate NVQ L3 standard * Evidence of key competencies specifically in roofing (core trade), joinery and plumbing. * Working knowledge of legislation relating to H S and CDM. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Experience of working within a customer facing environment offering excellent customer service. * Possess a Full UK driving licence.
