GSL Education is seeking a dedicated Curriculum Leader to drive the English and Maths (KS1-KS4) quality of a local school in Southampton. About the Role: Lead and manage Maths and English departments, including curriculum development and lesson resourcing Drive up standards of teaching and learning and pupil progress Engage staff in creating and implementing Schemes of Work and Curriculum Intent documents Utilize current teaching pedagogy and research across the school Support with Curriculum Intent Learning Walks, Book Looks, and appraisals Ideal Candidate: Ability to teach up to GCSE in English and/or Maths (consideration given to other subject specialisms) Demonstrated leadership skills and commitment to whole school impact Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using Schools BI data platform Ability to engage staff in collaborative curriculum development Understanding of Trauma Informed Approach and Nurture philosophy Workplace Amenities: Frequent Professional Learning opportunities Free daily breakfast, tea/coffee, and onsite parking Local gym membership and staff medical cabinet Half termly treats and accrued inset days If you think you #39;re the ideal candidate for this role, please apply now!
