Primary Teacher Location: Newcastle Salary: GBP130 - GBP170 per day Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: Full-Time About the Role: GSL Education are seeking an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a friendly primary school in Newcastle. This role is suitable for both NQTs and experienced teachers who are keen to make a difference in the early stages of children #39;s education. Primary Teacher Responsibilities: Teach across the primary curriculum and provide a safe and engaging learning environment. Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives. Facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with pupils and by organising learning resources and the classroom environment. Assessment and reporting on the development, progress, attainment, and behaviour of one rsquo;s assigned pupils. Engage with extracurricular activities such as support and club activities, outings, and events. Primary Teacher Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE in Primary Education. Experience in teaching at primary level is preferred but not essential. Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and the ability to foster a positive learning environment. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A commitment to continuous professional development.
