Role: Associate Director - Contracts and Commercial Location: Derby or Birmingham and your home (hybrid) Salary: Up to GBP85,000 per annum depending on experience Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Are you an Associate Director or Principal Estimator/Quantity Surveyor with management experience in the Water sector? My client, one of the UK #39;s leading technical engineering consultancies in the Water sector, is looking for an Associate Director to lead their Contracts and Commercial team, working on projects attached to a Water utility company in the Midlands. You will work on clean waste water, infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects. Candidates must have Water sector experience and a working knowledge of NEC contracts. Your role will involve assisting in leading the Contract and Commercial team with a focus on line management, team development and excellent project delivery, whilst working with NEC3 and NEC4 contracts. You will work a 40-hour week and your time will be split between my client #39;s office in Birmingham or the end client #39;s office in Derby, and your home.
