Job Title: Driver Trainer/Assessor Salary: GBP35,000-GBP40,000 PA Location: Greater Manchester Shifts: Monday-Friday Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Job description Due to contiued growth my client have an exciting opportunity to join them at their main site in Greater Manchester. Role Outline: To assess all drivers and using a Drivers Scorecard and then use this as the base line for an improvement in the drivers score. Success in the role will be measured by: Improvement in MPG Reduction in accidentsReporting to the Transport Manager, the role rsquo;s duties and responsibilities include: Involvement in co-ordinating managing CPC training Carry out Risk assessments (both on site and off site) Involvement in accident/incident investigation Collate /manage driver performance stats Support/work alongside Transport Manager And H S manager in improving driving H S standards/performance. Experience/Skills: Ideally DSA accredited 2+ years Driver Training experience C+E License required Able to work on both own initiative and as part of a team Must be keen
