Group Payroll Assistant GBP32-33k Based in Dartford Available immediately My client based in Dartford has an immediate vacancy for a Group Payroll Assistant. You must have previous payroll experience! bull; Assisting with the Monthly payroll processing and relevant checks. bull; Understand and apply tax code changes. Calculating the Reps commission bull; P45. P11Ds, P60s processing. bull; Processing sickness in accordance to contractual obligations. Bank reconciliations bull; SMP/SPP/SAP bull; Updating of Auto Enrolment and management monthly Pension payment bull; Processing Court Orders. bull; Sending payslips via email and post as applicable. bull; Maintaining employee records on the payroll and time and attendance systems. bull; Liaising with Regional / Area Managers. bull; Liaising with the Finance staff in relation to month and year end. bull; Dealing with Employee queries. bull; New starters onboarding Keeping benefits updated. bull; Monthly PAYE, CIS payments bull; Monthly EPS bull; Expenses and commission calculations If you are interested in this role please contact me
