Sales customer service assistant

M4 Recruitment are looking for a Sales / Customer Service Assistant to work for a the UK rsquo;s largest distributor of decorative surfaces specialising in flooring, worktops, laminates, compact, panel products, solid surface and wall panelling. Monday - Friday (Apply online only)) Knowledge, Skills Experience Required: * Customer Focused * Problem solving ability relating to customer service * PC literate * Excellent communication skills * Excellent administration skills * Proven sales background * Proactive sales calling * Keen attention to detail * Ability to multi-task Key Results Areas * Ensuring all orders are processed accurately and on time, in full. * Ensure customer quotations and customer correspondence are completed in a professional manner. * All cash handling must be dealt with in line with company policy. * Achieve sales and margin targets of the branch. * Target new customers. * Follow up all enquiries. * Ensure that all held orders are chased and customers contacted for payments. * Help out with stock take. * Non stock and stock purchasing. * Complete all sales reports as required, i.e. footfalls, lost orders etc
