We are recruiting for a trade counter manager to provide a professional customer experience and to build on the current successes and profitability of the branch Would suit candidates with a couple of years trade counter/internal sales experience preferably within the electrical wholesale/distributions industry. You will be a key member of the team and be responsible for bull; Main point of contact for customers either in person on the trade counter or telephone. bull; Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships bull; Preparing quotes for customers and sourcing requirements bull; Placing orders on system and updating customers on their progress bull; Answering all customer queries bull; Resolve complaints and prevent future issues by improving processes Must be willing to assist in other areas of the business during busy or holiday periods.
