As a teacher, you will be working with students who find mainstream education challenging and benefit from learning in smaller and calmer environments. Your responsibilities as a teacher may include: Lesson planning and delivery for students with a range of learning difficulties and complex needs. Implementing behaviour management techniques, which may include physical restraints, to maintain a positive and safe learning environment. To be a teacher, you will need: The right to work in the UK. Early Career Teacher (ECT) with relevant experience will be considered.
