Transport and Warehouse Administrator Gap personnel are proud to be working in partnership with The Range to support the recruitment at their brand-new Distribution Centre, the largest warehouse built in over 5 years in Stowmarket, Suffolk. This is a permanent position to commence offers the successful candidate an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic organisation in a progressive environment. Shift Pattern: This is a start-up operation so hours mentioned below may vary for first couple of months, to be discussed at the interview. 4 on 2 off schedule being only 244 working days per year (260 on a normal 5-day week). 06:00-14:30 and 14:30-23:00 rotatiing Pay Rate: GBP12.50 per hour - includes rotating shift premium attendance bonus What makes working for this leading brand different? What does the role entail? Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the warehouse. Organise and maintain files and records. Prepare and edit documents and reports. Conduct data entry and update database. Perform general administrative duties such as photocopying and scanning. Liaise with transport admins and drivers. What skills experience do we seek? Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) Exceptional phone etiquette and professional communication skills, both written and verbal Warehouse experience What #39;s in it for you? 27 days annual holiday including bank holidays.
