Compliance coordinator

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Compliance Coordinator within the consents function. This role will be based on site in Coleshill. Our head office is located within an excellent location easily accessible via the M6 and M42. The office is also accessible via rail, and we offer employees a shuttle bus transfer to our office from Birmingham international. To coordinate and provide support to the Undertakings and Assurances (U A) Team to achieve compliance with project wide compliance targets. This role operates on a cross-functional basis across all sub-lots and route wide, to assure delivery to achieve functional handover and discharge of all U As. To coordinate the process of compliance (and recording of evidence) with Undertakings and Assurances as part of the HS2 Project. Experienced required bull; Proactive, positive approach bull; Experience of major construction schemes and / or major infrastructure projects bull; Understanding of the High Speed Rail (London- West Midlands) Act 2017 and its application bull; Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) bull; Knowledge of ethical, legal and regulatory requirements bull; Developed communication, teamworking skills bull; Experience of auditing bull; Degree qualified and or professional accreditation Please note candidates will need to have a current valid right to work in the UK to be considered for this role.
