Creative teaching assistant

Empowering learning require a Creative Teaching Assistant to work in a Primary School in Redhill. The role is 5 days a week Monday to Friday 8.30am-15:30 pm but may become permanent for the right person. The school is very focused on supporting students on their learning journey. Hold a level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant qualification and experience Previous experience as working as a teaching assistant or support assistant Be responsive, flexible and sensitive to the differing needs of pupils. Including those with SEND To support students with ASC and SEMH needs Experience of behaviours that challenge Be able to work 1-1 and with small groups Communicate effectively in a variety of situations Build and sustain effective working relationships with all members of the school community Work flexibly with a commitment to continuity and quality of education. Be focused and driven to ensure that all children fulfil their potential.
