Who We Seek: * Degree-qualified engineer with substantial experience and knowledge of offshore wind project development. * Proven track record in contract and subcontractor management. * Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. * Fluent in English (written and spoken). * Strong technical understanding of complex offshore operations. * Adept at collaboration in a multidisciplinary and international team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
