Job Title: Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer Location: London (Central Greater) Salary: GBP42,500 per annum Benefits: Company vehicle, fuel card, Monday - Friday schedule, call out 1 in 6 weeks, training opportunities An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-known facilities management company, covering South London, Kent, and Essex. We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to undertake electrical maintenance tasks across a mixed commercial portfolio of buildings. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct planned preventive maintenance (PPM) tasks on electrical systems. * Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests. * Perform electrical repairs and installations as required. * Conduct compliance checks to ensure adherence to regulations. * Undertake basic mechanical tasks when necessary. * Maintain power and lighting systems in commercial buildings. Requirements: * Qualified to Level 3 standard in Electrical Installations. * Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer. * Strong knowledge of electrical systems and regulations. * Ability to diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently. * Full UK driving license.
