Property Manager - Battersea Basic: GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 (DOE) OTE: GBP37,500 My client has a very exciting role for a brilliant Property Manager to join a strong, growing estate agency based in their Battersea branch. Key Points: - Basic GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 - OTE: GBP37,500 Approx - Minimum 1/2 Years Experience - Great Career Opportunities - Top Local Agency Main Roles: Portfolio Size of Circa 180 Properties We are looking for a Property Manager with minimum 1-2 years experience Someone who is organised, attentive and resilient. Thinks on their feet and is able to resolve issues within a timely manner Keeping Landlords and Tenants updated daily. Knowledge on Compliance (HMO rsquo;s and Licencing). Ability to work within a team and deal with delegated tasks in a timely manner. Willing to do further training and off the job learning to stay up to date with the ever changing legislation.
