Job title: Assistant Estimator Location: Manchester Type: Permanent Salary: GBP40,000- GBP45,000 Are you a Assistant Estimator with experience working on Industrial, Mixed-Use and Commercial building projects? Assistant Estimator roles responsibilities: - Managing the tender from receipt, through to submission and post tender queries. - Producing Bills of Quantities for production and obtaining material quotes. - Evaluating returned quotations from supply chain and liaising with supply chain members to bring quotations in line with the project specification requirements. - Preparing and evaluating risk and opportunity. - Arranging and preparing commercial documents for Tender Handover meetings. Senior Estimator experience required: - Minimum 3 - 5 years Estimating experience. - Project experience- commercial, mixed-use, industrial units heritage buildings. - Degree educated or similar. - Excellent IT / reporting skills.
