They deliver unique residential projects including new build, refurb, restoration and fit-out projects The Project: The company is looking for a Senior Project Manager who has the experience to deliver (from start to finish) a GBP20m retained fa ccedil;ade with RC frame, to be fitted out with 7 apartments in prime Knightsbridge. The position requires someone who has the technical ability to deliver a heavy refurb/newbuild/structural alterations project in a logistically challenging postcode. This is what you call a challenge! The project duration is approx. 18 months, 4 months or pre-con, 2 months of which a specialist contractor will be constructing the frame. The Senior Project Manager will be someone who can take hold of the job, run a contract, is proficient with Asta, can plan ahead, knows what they #39;re doing and has a plan. Summary: middot;Has the expertise to oversee daily operations of a construction project; heading the project management, design management, value engineering and commercial management fields.
