Customer service advisor administrator

AMJ Recruitment are recruiting for one of our prestigious National Client based in Bedworth, for a Customer Service Advisor/Administrator to join their growing team. Based - Bedworth Salary - GBP23800 per annum + GBP1200 attendance bonus = GBP25000 per annum Working Hours - 08:30-17:00 or 09:00-17:30 (5 days out of 7) - Includes working 1 weekend in 4 on a rota. Start Date - 3rd June **Candidates good on Microsoft Excel and have previous Customer Service Experience** The main tasks will be: bull; 80% of the role is contacting customers to arrange delivery dates with them. bull; Offering great Customer Service, and continuously going above and beyond bull; Updating the clients internal CRM system and excel spreadsheet bull; Answering general enquiries coming in via telephone. bull; Operating live chat at times, and being very responsive via email bull; A strong background in Customer Resolutions and addressing any issues professionally bull; Communicating with other departments when required Candidates must have: bull; An excellent Communicator via all forms of communications to a number of audiences. bull; An excellent MS office user, specifically in Excel. bull; Must have Customer Service Experience in the past bull; Well organized. bull; MS Excel Qualification/Experience and ability to demonstrate this To apply, please send your CV and a member of the AMJ Recruitment Team will be in touch to discuss next steps
