The Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you #39;ll work closely with students facing a variety of special educational needs, including physical, emotional, and learning difficulties. Your main responsibilities will include: Personalized Support: Provide individualized assistance to students, empowering them to engage with the curriculum and achieve their fullest potential within the Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) framework. Progress Tracking: Monitor students #39; development closely and provide constructive feedback to teachers and parents, ensuring continuous educational growth. Emotional Nurturing: Foster a nurturing and secure environment, offering emotional support and encouragement to students as they navigate their educational journey. Effective Communication: Maintain transparent and effective communication channels with teachers, parents, and other professionals involved in each student #39;s education. We #39;re looking for candidates with: Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role (preferred). A compassionate disposition, patience, and a genuine passion for helping students with special educational needs thrive. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
