Now is the time for my client to take on another driven and self-motivated Estimator to help build on the company #39;s current success and grow with the business to the target GBP9m turnover in 3-years. Role and Responsibilities: #x27A2; Accurate estimation of flat roofing projects #x27A2; Timely completion of quotations #x27A2; Keeping the customer informed and up-to-date #x27A2; Ensuring sufficient information is available to price the project #x27A2; Organisation and planning of tenders in collaboration with the pre-contract team #x27A2; Identification of process issues and suggestions for improvement #x27A2; Sales and best value proposals #x27A2; Tender analysis #x27A2; Materials take-offs ready for procurement #x27A2; Internal handover meetings to the post contract team #x27A2; Attending pre-contract and post tender meetings #x27A2; Develop knowledge of the pre-contract process #x27A2; To improve and optimise strike rate #x27A2; To support the team with excellent technical knowledge #x27A2; Pricing variations Key Requirements: #x27A2; BSc / HNC preferable but not essential. #x27A2; 3 Years rsquo; experience in an estimating role specifically in cladding and facades. #x27A2; Proficient in the use of Excel, Outlook, Teams, Bluebeam (Optional) and generally computer literate. #x27A2; Site and management experience favourable but not essential In summary: #x27A2; Work for a company that prioritises personal freedom. #x27A2; Work in a proactive and dynamic role in a forward-thinking roofing company. #x27A2; Become an integral part of a high growth team and be responsible for shaping a business to become market leader in its specialism. #x27A2; Develop specialist knowledge and deliver real value to your clients
