Voids Surveyor ndash; Main Contractor Invision Recruitment are currently working with an Award-Winning Main Contractor working across New Build, Decent Homes Infrastructure based across North West London. As the company is continuing to grow they are hiring for a Voids Disrepair Surveyor to work across general repairs, voids, damp mould and some disrepair. You will be split between office (Barnet, Hertfordshire) and site reporting into a Commercial Manager with works being valued anywhere between GBP750K and GBP60K across Major Voids Kitchen Bathrooms in the Sheperds Bush, Ealing and Kensington Area. Key Duties: * Provide technical assessments, evaluations, cost analyses, and estimates for various repair areas such as general repairs, voids, disrepair, and inspections related to damp and mold. * Conduct surveys, draft schedules, and update contract specifications as necessary to reflect changes or improvements to the existing repair services. * Identify, report, and address potential risks associated with the repair service, which may involve reviewing Fire Risk Assessments, Lifts, LGSR #39;s, Electrical TI #39;s, ACM #39;s. * Regularly inspect work quality according to established standards What rsquo;s In It For you? * Competitive Basic Salary Up to GBP70,000 * Company Car Allowance * Bonus Scheme * Annual Leave * Pension Scheme * Further Training Qualifications provided * Excellent Professional Development
