The team work with customers, who have potential to regain their independence. we work closely with health teams. We also complete assessments of needs, long term care plans, MCA Best Interest, Risk Assessments, Safeguarding. Social Workers are expected to work in the borough 2 days per week at present, and the role involves frequent home visits. Across our Adult Social Care service, this authority strive to deliver a culture of working together, positive risk-taking, and accountability.
